Communities of Practice (CoP)
The NCESE Communities of Practice aim to bring together NCESE partners on a regular basis in order to access professional development, share good practice, identify common challenges and advocacy priorities, with the ultimate goal of aligning practice to establish a resilient support network working together towards a common vision.
The NCESE works to build the collective capacity of local schools and partner agencies to cater for the needs of our most vulnerable and disadvantaged students.
One of the most powerful ways of achieving this is by creating opportunities for leaders and educators from our partner schools to spend time learning together and reflecting on the nature of our work in schools serving highly disadvantaged communities.
The NCESE Communities of Practice bring together NCESE partners on a regular basis in order to access professional development, share good practice, identify common challenges and advocacy priorities. Importantly, the NCESE Communities of Practice also aim to create safe spaces for reflective practice.
